Family Fun at the Emirates Palace

If you feel like escaping the winter chills with your family come the holidays, then you will find that the enchanting Emirates Palace hotel in Abu Dhabi offers loads of activities and fun for all the family. The hotel is set on an exclusive 1.3 km long white sandy private beach along the shores of the Arabian Gulf, and there are two fantastic poolside recreation and dining areas at opposite ends of the Palace. On the east side there is Las Brisas by the East Pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees, with a pool bar and a jacuzzi. On the other side of the complex is Cascades by the West Pool with thrilling waterfalls, water rides, and a children’s outdoor play zone, Sarab Land, for 5-12 year olds, where your young ones can enjoy face painting and even a mini-Olympics! Sarab Land is a supervised area, leaving parents free to enjoy quality time together.

But if you thought that play was arranged only for children, time to think again - a special play area, The Energy Play Zone, has been exclusively set aside for the adults, and is a state-of-the-art outdoor gym facility boasting the latest high tech equipment from France.

However, you may be pleased to hear, staying at the Emirates Palace isn’t all about activity. When you have worked up an appetite there is a great choice of restaurants – at Mezzaluna you can enjoy that sun-drenched taste of Mediterranean cuisine, if you love fresh seafood then try Sayad, or you could have a tasty barbecue at Al Qasr, traditional Lebanese cuisine at Diwan L’Auberge, or go for the wonderful dining club experience at Etoiles.

Not only all this but the Emirates Palace has rooms and suites that are the last word in comfort and luxury, tastefully decorated with a hint of Arabian flavour and equipped with all the latest technology.

So if you are looking for the ultimate in family activity, relaxation and good food, it doesn’t get much better than the Emirates Palace.
