Ibiza: Europe's party capital

Ibiza is the party capital of the Balearics and for this reason is popular with fun lovers in search of a heady mix of cheap drinks, banging music and blazing sunshine. The first tip for having the best possible time in Ibiza is to head to the liveliest parts of island and somewhere like party capital, San Antonio!

The holiday resort of San Antonio is the go-to place for the biggest and best parties on the island and is a great spot for a cheap Ibiza holiday. The key clubs here are Cafe Del Mar and Mambo, both of which attract some of the biggest names in the world of club music. Mambo in particular regularly attracts the likes of Radio one DJs Dave Pearce and Judge Jules. The club is also open every night of the week for a different musical experience ready to cater to all. Mambo also serves as an excellent venue for pre-drinks before venturing to the super club of Pacha which is situated just down the road.

Ibiza town is also a great place to visit for a party. This vibrant and compact town is fantastic for those looking to get away from the sand and sea and instead enjoy the luxury of traditional inland Balearic island living. Don your shades and take a stroll around the quaint streets by day, enjoying fine Baleraic cuisine and a cheeky glass of wine and by night head out to the island's biggest club, Privilege. This sprawling club offers revellers an amazingly varied clubbing experience that is without rival on the island due to its vastness and sheer amount of floorspace that caters to every conceivable taste!

If full-on partying isn't your thing, you can always have a quieter holiday in Ibiza. Cheap holidays to Ibiza are easy to get hold of and you will find great deals to be found in quieter locations such as Portinax. This purpose-built holiday town is the perfect place for couples and small families and is home to numerous quiet beaches such as S'Arenal Petit and Playa Porto. You will find that these beaches are amongst the best in all of the Balearics with their white sands and crystal clear waters lapping at the shore.
